He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Arnold of Abingdon, Angie Sword of Blountville, Jessica Spangler of Bristol, Ronnie Spangler (Terri) of Tacoma and Bobby Spangler (Heather) of Venton; and his pet Tyson.
