He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hill; his sons, Randy Walter Hill and Jason Stanley Barker; his father Robert "Bob" Hill; his grandchildren, Jonah Nicholas Hill, Joshua Walter Hill, Jaxon Isaiah Hill and Keylei Shea Barker; his sister Sarah Powers; his nieces, Kristen Rector (Jeff) and Everly (Jeffery); his aunt Violet; and his uncle Joe Thomas.
