He was predeceased by: his parents, Abb Taylor and Virginia Privett Taylor. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Sean Taylor; and his aunt Betty Widener. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
