Pugh of Winchester, VA; and her children, Ann Michelle Pugh of Stephens City, VA, Pamela Jeanne Prescott (Michael) of Richmond, VA and Joseph Murrell Pugh (Marty) of Falls Church, VA. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
