It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman William Legg Sr. of Marion, Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry Franklin Legg. He is survived by: his daughter Tawnya Legg; his siblings, Pearl Burdette and James Legg; his wife Barbara Ann Walker Legg; his children, Sherry Lovell and Herman Legg, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Lovell, Joshua Lovell and Jami Brady (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Cloyee, Kayson, Braylon and Jaylon; his sister Opal Young; his half-brother Robert Legg; and his close friends, Doug White and John Sage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
