He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Glen and Ruth Powers; his wife Peggy Dean Hall Powers; his children, Anthony Keith Powers (Monica) of Marion, VA, Micki Robyn Powers Burkett of Marion, VA and Monique Renee Powers Bridgeman (Vaughn) of Atkins, VA; his siblings, Willard Powers, Wade Powers, Neal Powers, Dale Powers, Wilma Mabe, Bertha Wright, Glenna Hurley and Betty Blevins; and his grandchildren, Joshua Adam Powers, Philip Jordan Powers, Joseph Edward Powers, Zachary Tyler Bridgeman, Chenoa Bridgeman Yonts and Brianna Burkett Gillam. He was also cherished by nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
