He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathi G. Pipes; his children, Cheri Desiree and Joseph Matthew of Ohio; and his sister Sue Garner (Brent) of Colonial Beach. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
