He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Haga and Effie Haga; his daughter Jennifer Haga; and his granddaughter Melissa Walters. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Haga; his children, Denise Moore (David), Frank Haga, Jr., Robin Neal and Mitchell Haga; his grandchildren, Jonathan Neal, Casey Propst (Jordan), Tyler Haga, Hunter Haga, Jack Burke, III and Jessica Beaty; and his great grandchild Liam Haga. He is also survived by his sisters, nieces, nephews and other family members.
