She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Taylor (Jonathan McDonald); her brother Ronald Collins (Sherley); her grandchildren, Trinity Frye, Kinzlee Cook, Curtis Cook (Kimberly), Brian Cook, Nicki and Nathan Hayden; and her daughter Paisley.

She was an active member of the Smyth County Moose Lodge #1004, where she participated in bingo and food donations.
