She was predeceased by: her husband John William Burkett; and her parents, Annie Marie Clear Lester and Brady B. Lester. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Jennings (Dick) of Marion, Brenda Anderson (Bruce) of St. Paul and Lynn Null (Rick) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Jennings (Samantha) of Washougal, Chad Anderson (Jennifer) of Eagan, John Anderson of Bloomington, Luke Anderson (Stacy) of Edina, Nicki Peake (David) of Christiansburg and Tyler Null (Kathy Breedlove) of Tarpon Springs, Florida. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID outbreak, funeral services will be held at a later date when Ebenezer Lutheran Church can safely have in-house services.
