He was predeceased by: his former wife Thora Jo Jervey; and his son David D. Jervey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jervey of Radford; his sons, Warren Jervey (Jeanne Jervey) of Boynton Beach, Fla. and Tom Jervey of Seattle, Wash.; and his grandchildren, Katie Jervey of Wash, Brett Jervey and Peyton Jervey of Texas.
