With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Cockrell Sr. (Marion, Virginia), who passed away on April 16, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marion; his son Edward "Eddie" Cockrell, Jr. (Janet); his stepchildren, Thomas S. Harris, Jr. (Heather), Christy Brown and Stephanie Albright (Jason); and his sisters, Phyllis Dameron and Cynthia Braun. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
