It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Farris (Marion, Virginia), who passed away on March 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Crewey and Pearl Crewey; and her brothers, Claude, Marvin and David.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Farris of Belmont, Miss.; her children, Darlene Hickman (Rick) of Knoxville, Tenn., Dennis Farris (Linda) of Marion, Jeff Farris (Rhonda) of Belmont and Todd Farris (Melody); and her sisters, Louise Thompson (Bill) of Marion and Nancy Farris (Earl) of Kingsport, Tenn.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
