He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moffett; his mother Marge Stacey Moffett; his children, Scott Moffett, Amy Jo Sonntog (Randy) and Stacey Armstrong (Will); his stepchildren, Cheryl "Robin" Ollry and Mat Ollry; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Austin, Jaden, Haley, Gordon, Brandon, Ryan and Chelsea; his siblings, Bill Moffet (Fonda) and Kathie Milhoan (Terry); his great grandchild Janae; and his close friend Wendell Moore (Dillis).
