She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy "Bubba" and Leslie "Punkin"; her brother Cam Blevins (Tracy); her grandchildren, Brock, Brandon and Harper; her nieces, Hope and Brandy; her nephew Greg; her sister-in-law Ann Blevins; and her close friends, Janet Atkins, April Mitchell and Bonita Frazier.
