She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Harris; her son Keith Barker; her parents, Bradley Duty and Dolly Duty; and her siblings, Nettie Duty McCowan, Lois Ann Fields, Haskel and Freddie Duty.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Duty (Charlene) of Swords Creek, Michael Deel, Greg and Jimmy Anderson; her siblings, Betty Sue Hess of Swords Creek, Alice Faye Lester (Russell) of Honaker, Garrett "Buck" Duty (Marcella) of Haysi, Hershel Dean Duty (Ginger), James Walls Duty (Annette), Danny Ray Duty (Teresa) of Council and Ronnie Duty of Honaker; and her grandchildren, Ann Marie, Ashley Nicole and Jeffery Allen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
