She was predeceased by: her father Albert Rueben Starkey; her brother Jimmy Starkey; and her uncle Charlie Hash. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Hash Starkey; her sisters, Pamela Dillman and Linda Parks (James); her nieces, Samantha Starkey and Bobbi Dillman; her sister-in-law Lisa Starkey; and her pets, Peeper and Popcorn.
