He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Louise Blizzard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hutton Smith; his sons, Aaron Smith (Michelle) and Jordan Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Caleb, Fred, McKenezie, Parker, Ellie, Austin, Connor and Olin; his brother Gary Smith; his stepdaughter Santana Cline (Ethan); his stepgrandson Colton Cline; and his close friends, Jamie Martin, Tommy Cullop, Rodney Worley, Allen, Kelly Rouse and Donna Anderson.
