He is survived by: his son David Allen; his mother Marie Russell; his half-sister Wendy Russell; his nephew Dylan Crigger; the mother of his child Shannon Aistrop; his close friends, Cheryl and Bick Adams; and also, Nancy Sharp Lewis, Becky Dunn, Cindy Hamm, Mary, Harold Dunn, Randy Thomas, Charles Hamm and Ron Howell. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
