He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Lea Kell. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Stevens (Kristopher) of Saltville; his grandson Tyler Stevens; and his siblings, Dana Shuemake, Betty Thomas and Eddie Kegley. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
