He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Meek and Catherine M. Rector. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Trail; his children, Daveau Lynn M. Haugen of Lenoir City, Angela Sciarra (Michael) of Orange, Cali and Michael Meek (Khristy) of Hendersonville, Tenn.; and his siblings, John Meek of Marion, Roger Meek (Treasa) of Marion and Phyllis Hampton (Pete) of Christiansburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
