He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Richardson and Sally Martin White; and his siblings, Gilmer, Ralph, Avery and Ruth Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Greer Richardson; his sons, Jeff Richardson (Karen) of Marion, VA and Mike Richardson (Donna) of Marion, VA; his grandchildren, Kelly Richardson of Roanoke, VA, Dr. Adam Richardson, Ashley Fulton of Richmond, VA, Holly Lipscomb and Nolan of Marion, VA; his great grandchildren, Hadley and Emery Bowen of Roanoke, VA; and his pet Ruby Sue.
