He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Buck" Bowman and Shirley Bowman; and his brother James "J. R." Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Bowman; his children, Brandon Bowman (Becca) and Kelsey Lamie (Joshua); his siblings, Brenda Taylor (Wayne), Debbie Yarber (Rick) and Billy Bowman; his grandchildren, Brayden Bowman, Brooke Langston, Logan Langston and Andie Lamie; his mother-in-law Reba Blevins; his nieces and nephews, Diana Taylor and Tracy McCoy; and his caregiver Melissa Stoots.
