He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Ann Smith; his son Bryan Houck; his stepchildren, Shawn Smith, Elizabeth, Lee Smith, Samantha, Lucy Michelle Smith and Marco; his grandchildren, Billie Jean Houck, Brittany Overbay, Ashlee Smith, Michael Smith, Lacey Lowe, Lori Clarke and Little Lee Smith; his great grandchildren, Grayson Smith, Austin Tapp, Kaleb Tapp and Carly Clarke; his nephews, Anthony Castillo and Lee Woody; his niece Patricia Fields; and his close friend Tommy Jackson.
