She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elmer Testerman and Rosa Taylor Testerman; her daughter Pam Testerman; her siblings, Shelby Hurley, Bonnie Lester and Doc Testerman (Brenda); her brother-in-law Randy Yarber; and her nephew George Hurley.
She is survived by: her husband Alvah Lee Waddle; her children, Ronnie Waddle (Shirley) and Sherri Hernandez; her grandchildren, Zachary Waddle (Jessica), Jacob Testerman, Kelsey Waddle, Santana Cochran, Breyanna Hernandez and Stephanie Kinder; her siblings, Dianne Blevins (Rick), Bill Testerman (Debbie) and Carl Testerman (Eleanor); and her brothers-in-law, Tommy Waddle, Gene Lester and Charles Hurley. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
