He is survived by: his wife Sherri Lyon; his daughters, Suanne Anderson (Troy) of Flat Ridge and Shelly Carrico (Tony) of Chilhowie; his grandchildren, Savannah O'Keefe Coffey (Matt) of Palm Harbor, FL, Summer Carrico of Chilhowie, Amber Heath of Sugar Grove, Katie Keyser of Rural Retreat, Samantha Handy (Tyler) of Fort Campbell, KY, Dekota Carrico of Chilhowie, Megan Carrico of Chilhowie and Crystal Perrota (Michael) of Marion; his sisters, Patricia Woods of Marion and Connie Osborne (Larry) of Atkins; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Taylor, Kaylee, Allison, Lucas, Bella and Brayden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, his children.
