He is survived by: his wife Marion Nannette Church; his sons, Clifford Ellison Church, III (Diane) of Albany, GA, Forrest Lee Church (Carol) of Charlottesville, VA and Michael Stuart Church of Virginia Beach; his brother Charles Church (Juliette) of Seattle, WA; his grandson Eric Church (Kelly) of Virginia Beach; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Cameron and Dustin.
