She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hamilton and Ada Mae Barker Hamilton; her husband Manuel "Sonny" Johnson, Jr.; her daughter Connie Gail Bee; and her siblings, Charlie Hamilton, Dan Hamilton, Bert Hamilton, Mary Magdalene Tate and Ruby Lee Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Jackson "Jackie" Carlton, Mellissa Jane Grice and Kimberly Ann "Kimbo" Johnson (Kecil); her grandchildren, Jason Johnson, Travis Johnson, Amy Ball, Kelly Hamm (Clinton), Clara Ashly Johnson and Mellissa "Missy" Johnson; her great grandchildren, Hannah Ball, Sarah Ball, Maddison Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Justin Johnson, Sabrina Johnson, Joshua Hamm, McKinley Hamm and Aubree Hamm; her great great grandchildren, Sawyer and Coleson Johnson; and her close friends, Betty Potter, Charisma, Ariah Jones, English, Nathan and Iris Hilbert. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
