He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Sawyers, Sr., George and Willie Frye; his aunt Vicky Baldwin; and his uncle Billy Sawyers, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Misty A. Frye; his parents, Sammy Frye and Sherrie Frye; his children, Terry Frye (Beth), Michael Frye, Gabe Frye, Dylan Frye and Shelcy Frye; and his grandmother Joan Sawyers.
