He is survived by: his wife Mary Gay Overbay; his children, Charles Overbay, Jr. (Kim) of Bristol, VA and Tammy Overbay of Marion, VA; his siblings, Judy Wyant of Marion, VA, Weldon Overbay (Brenda) of Marion, VA and Jim Overbay (Sue) of Marion; his grandchildren, Ashley Enfield and Gage Overbay; and his great grandchild Wyatt Hicks.
