He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Cook and Virginia H. Cook; and his grandparents, Ashby, Alma Cook, Moses and Beatrice Hemby.
He is survived by: his children, Cori Fullen (Josh) of Marion and Chris Cook (Julia) of Raleigh, N. C.; his grandchildren, Gage, Liam, Addisyn, Connor, Carlyn, Greg, Caleb and Raegan; his children, Cathy Cook, Edna Widener, Sharon Peterson and Allen Widener; and his friend James Hawkins.
