She was predeceased by: her husband Dallas B. Blevins; her daughter Barbara Martin; her granddaughters, Kimberly Watrud and Susan Martin; her daughter-in-law Nancie Blevins; and her siblings, Kermit Powers, Max Powers and Audrey Whitley.
She is survived by: her children, Kennard Blevins, Randall Blevins (Pam) and Donna Miller (Glenn); her sisters, Helen Felts and Kaye Hensley; her sister-in-law Rachel Powers; her son-in-law Carel Martin; and also Tammy DeBord. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Grosses Creek Cemetery.
