He is survived by: his wife Mary Farmer Williams; his children, Jessica Stone (Joshua), Kimberly Hill (Randy), Jolene Stansell (Aaron), Billy Williams, Jr. (Misty), Hannah Williams and Aaron; his grandchildren, Jonah Hill, Joshua Hill, Jaxon Hill, Elaina Parker and Baby Stone; and his sisters, Mary Fortune (James), Janie Terry (Rick), Patricia Hamm (Randy) and Christina Hancock (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
