He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Williams Cox, Sr. and Mary Agnes Testerman Cox; his son Bill Williams Cox, III; and his brother John Cox. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Cox of Marion, VA, Stephanie Lynn (Bobby) of Saltville, VA and Kaitlyn Widener of Glade Spring, VA; his grandchildren, Tyler Baumgardner, Nathan Baumgardner, Madison Moran, Michael Moran, Autumn Moran and Warren Lynn; his nephew Richard Cox; and his niece Amanda Dennison.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
