Betty Tate Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2021, Betty Tate of Marion, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Tate; her parents, Janie Anderson Bane Hyland and William Bane; her grandparents, Cora Wolfe "Annie", Robert Anderson, Lulu and William Bane; and her stepparents, Peg Burke Bane and Chester Hyland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Tate Edmiston (Charles) and Susan Tate; her grandchildren, Katie Huber, Ivan Huber (Corey) and Erin Huber Atkins (Lorin); her great grandchildren, Elin Atkins, Arie Atkins and Cyrus Ramsey; and her half-siblings, Tom Bane (Karen) and Judi Bane Segerdell.
