He is survived by: his mother Barbara Burnett Robinson of Austinville, VA.; his wife Lynn Campbell Robinson of Rural Retreat, VA; his children, Dana Armbrister (Randy) of Max Meadows, VA, Kelly Terry (Chris) of Virginia Beach, VA and Andrew Robinson (Lindsay) of Midlothian, VA; his grandchildren, Summer, Mason Armbrister, Cohen, Hayes and Eli Terry; and his siblings, Beverly Robinson Webb of Staunton, VA, Burton Robinson (Penny) of Woodlawn, VA. and Preston Robinson (Pam) of Woodlawn, VA..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barry's memory to Royal Oak Presbyterian Church; 139 West Main Street, Marion, VA 24354 or to the Caring House, 2625 Pickett Road, Durham, NC 27705, which provides a home away from home for oncology patients receiving treatments at Duke Cancer Center.
