It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Lee Anderson of Marion, Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doland Thumma and Densie Thumma; her husband Willard W. Anderson, Sr.; her son Wayne "Sam" Anderson; and her grandson Zachary Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Repass, Connie Primm (Tom), Becky Atwell, Williard Anderson, Jr., Timothy Anderson (Cheryl) and Melinda Blevins; and her siblings, Glen Thumma and Doris Tinsley. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Home Chapel (938 N Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
