She is survived by: her son Richard Kirkland; her daughter-in-law Michelle; her sister Nancy Hicks; her grandchildren, Ashley Kirkland, Christina Kirkland, Cruz Hernandez, Tim Kampenga, Shawn Parrish and Nathan Bowman; her daughter April Billings; and her nieces, Regina Udomratanavasi and Crystal Timmerman.
