She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cornett and Elizabeth Hollin Cornett; her son James Flannery Yates; and her sisters, Peggy Dickey and Joyce Frank.
She is survived by: her husband Antonio "Tony" De La; her children, Velma Sudman (Scott), Carla Rasnake (Michael), Cathy Hurd (Scott) and Isaac De La Rosa; and her brother William D. Cornett. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
