He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis D. Crowder and Gracie Rowland Crowder; his sister Barbara Crowder Gwyn; his wife Linda Carter Crowder; his sons, Alvin Eugene Crowder, Jr. and Matthew Scott Crowder (Ashley Bradshaw Crowder); his grandchildren, Matthew Blake Crowder, Ella Brooke Crowder and Piper Josephine Whittington; his brother Jonathan D. Crowder (Carol); and his brother-in-law Hugh S. Gwyn. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
