He was predeceased by: his father Donald Meek Francis. He is survived by: his wife Cassidy Wiley Francis of Charleston; his mother Jeannie Hendon Francis of Marion, Virginia; his brothers, David Francis, Michael Francis and William Rose; his parents-in-law, Sean Wiley and Brandy Wiley; his sisters-in-law, Ruth and Reese Wiley; and his aunts and uncles, Susan, Robert Francis, Liz, Scott Studer, Wendy and Mike Hendon.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fraziers' Seaver-Brown Chapel (237 E Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Round Hill Cemetery Cemetery.
