He is survived by: his wife Cassidy Wiley Francis of Charleston; his mother Jeannie Hendon Francis of Marion, Virginia; his brothers, David Francis, Michael Francis and William Rose; his parents-in-law, Sean Wiley and Brandy Wiley; his sisters-in-law, Ruth and Reese Wiley; and his aunts and uncles, Susan, Robert Francis, Liz, Scott Studer, Wendy and Mike Hendon.
