He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Buckley and Marguerite Buckley; and his siblings, Betty Piercy and Joe Buckley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Davis; his daughter Heidi Sterling (John); his grandchildren, Cassidy Nayandin (Dennis) and John Sterling; and his brother Jim Buckley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stonewall Memory Gardens (12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109).
