He is survived by: his significant other Iva Goff; his siblings, Sharon Blevins and Alvin Blevins; his daughter Rosena Renee Blevins; his daughter-in-law Lindsey Blevins; his sons, Tony Blevins, Sheldon Blevins and Carter Blevins; and his grandchildren, Austin Blevins, Addison Garcia and Nathaniel Blevins.
