She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Willis and Hazel Willis. She is survived by: her husband William John Cook III; her children, William IV (Ethel), Jeffrey, Steven (Pamela) and Nancy; her grandchildren, Melissa Cook, Cole Cook, Danny Cook and Sean Cook; and her great grandchild Huxley Howard.
