It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Neale Houk (Manassas, Virginia), who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Henry Houk and Shirley Eaton Neale Houk; and his daughter Wendi Gill. He is survived by: his spouse Dorie Houk; his son Jeffrey Houk (Peggy); his grandchildren, Connor Houk, Layne Houk, Lexi Houk, Brooke Gill and Grant Gill; his siblings, Earl Houk Jr. (Patricia), Gary Houk (Adele) and Karen Shuford (Jake); and his friends, Charlie Goode, Joe Harshman and John King.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Tunnels to Towers in his memory.
