Smith Jr. of Manassas, Virginia, born in Blacksburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his husband Mark Smith; his mother Patty Foster; his stepfather Kelly Foster of Amissville, VA; his father Rad Smith; his stepmother Gwen Smith of Luray, VA; his siblings, Joshua Foster, Elliott Foster, Cody Smith and Leah Smith; his niece Ava Foster; and his nephews, Brody Foster, Jackson Foster and Eric Foster. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles.
Donations may be given in RJ's name to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter.
