As we bid adieu to Penny's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Penny has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her parents, Peggy Lanham and Matt Lanham of Bealeton, VA; her daughter Emily Cardona (Ted Thaxton) of Charleston, WV.; and her brothers, Norman Dye Jr. (Colleen) of Fredericksburg, VA and Donald Wayne Hoffman (Tamara) of Stafford, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces and a nephew, as well as many other family members.
