She was predeceased by: her brother Patrick. She is survived by: her parents, Ken Hall and Eileen Hall; and her siblings, Sarah, Kate, Megan, Emily, Kenny, Kelly, Mary, Daniel and Brendan. She is also survived by spouses and children.

In lieu of flowers, Moira would ask that donations be made to The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation.
