He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Keith Glines and Hazel Perry Glines. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. R. Glines; his son Joseph Franklin Glines II; his siblings, Gail Cisler of Manassas, William Glines of Wise, VA and Dale Glines of Catlett, VA.; his grandchildren, Roger Glines-Cassell and Amanda Scarfi; and his great grandchild Elena. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
