We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2024, at the age of 73, Joseph Franklin Glines (Manassas, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Keith Glines and Hazel Perry Glines. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. R. Glines; his son Joseph Franklin Glines II; his siblings, Gail Cisler of Manassas, William Glines of Wise, VA and Dale Glines of Catlett, VA.; his grandchildren, Roger Glines-Cassell and Amanda Scarfi; and his great grandchild Elena. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial gifts of flowers or a donation to Capital Caring for their wonderful Hospice care are welcome.
