He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Grover; his daughters, Deborah Culp (Russell) and Beverly Jo Hicks (Phil); his grandchildren, David Culp (Lori), Brian Culp (Janet), Steven J Walker (Jason), Candace Culp and Kenneth J Hicks (Wess); and his great grandchildren, Derek Culp, Katie Culp, Paige Culp, Stephanie Koffler, Kiersten Culp, Emily Culp and Jade French.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Capital Caring Hospice.
